Covid-19
TrainPlus is still operating during coronavirus (COVID-19).
Our offices are open and we are following all guidelines that have been set out by the government. Currently everyone who operates within the office take a Rapid Covid-19 test once a week, in addition to this anyone who visits will be given the option to take a test or remain with their face mask on. We have multiple hand sanitising stations within our office for everyone to use when they first enter the office to help prevent the spread of Covid-19.
At TrainPlus we have adapted our ways of teaching allowing remote lessons to take place alongside face-to-face teaching. Before any face-to-face teaching occurs, we first check the Covid-19 risk assessment for the centre where this session will occur, along with this each Assessor is provided Covid-19 tests and PPE in order to use whilst performing any face-to-face teaching.
If you feel you need assistance to resume face-to-face teaching or require support for remote learning, please contact TrainPlus on the number below:

What to do if you have coronavirus (COVID-19) symptoms:
What are the main symptoms of COVID-19?
What to do if you have any of these symptoms:
If you, or anyone you live with has ANY symptoms – even just one of the above:
1) Get tested.
Get a PCR test (test that is sent to a lab) to check if you have COVID-19 as soon as possible. Click here for the link to get a test. In addition you can also contact us at info@trainplus.co.uk or by phone 01268 574299, 01268 767596 so we can send you a COVID-19 test.
2) Tell us.
Notify us at info@trainplus.co.uk if you have any symptoms at all, even mild ones. Please provide your name and contact number.
Early reporting of COVID-19 symptoms helps in isolating cases and protects all of our community – and we need you to play your part. You need to email us immediately so we can support you with advice and guidance.
3) Self-isolate.
Self-isolate while you wait for your results. You and anyone you live with should stay at home and not have visitors until you get your test result - only leave your home to have a test.
4) A negative test result.
If you have a negative test result, contact TrainPlus before returning to your studies.
5) A positive test result.
If you have a positive test result:
If you are feeling unwell and you need urgent medical advice, you can also contact the NHS either online or by phone on 111. NHS 111 is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
